Scope
Guijike (https://guijike.com) provides AI video tools for cross-border sellers: video remix (product or licensed person), product video from photos, and video translation. You buy software and prepaid credits—we do not sell physical goods or operate your storefront.
Credits and quotes
Video tools bill per second or per run; the workspace shows credits before you confirm. Failed async jobs release holds when platform rules apply (see History and Billing—not automatic bank refunds).
Rights and talent
Person replacement is only for talent you are licensed to use—no impersonation, fabricated endorsements, or unlawful ads. You are responsible for rights and compliance. You must have rights to reference videos, product photos, and talent; impersonation and unlawful deepfakes are prohibited (Acceptable Use).
Payments
Credit packs are processed by our payment partner; Guijike does not store full card numbers. Statement merchant names may differ from “Guijike”—match charges with Billing order IDs and receipts. Billing help: [email protected].
AI access
Tools call licensed commercial models through Guijike-controlled infrastructure—we do not sell upstream API keys. Capabilities and limits are described on tool pages and in these Terms.
