Within 7 days, email [email protected] with account email and Billing order ID. Cash refunds depend on credit ledger review; spent credits are not refunded as cash.
Failed runs
When release rules apply, held credits return to available balance—not a bank refund.
Subjective quality
Successful downloads are not auto-refunded for taste alone.
